On Tuesday, the two of you installed a sign built by Bantam Signs in Caledonia on the front of our building, Brant Children’s Centre in Burlington.
I just want to take a minute to THANK YOU for your excellent work. It was not an easy job. The sign was ‘huge’. The attaching wall needed to be reinforced. And, there were three different pieces that had to be installed and level!
Your work was methodical. It was obvious that your motivation was to “strive for excellence”, and you both were very pleasant individuals. The children enjoyed watching the process from the playground.
In the interim, thank you again. We have had many comments on the sign since it was installed.

I just wanted to congratulate the entire team , I'm sure I missed someone !! I was just down @ Union - the platform renumbering project looks like a success . I received a compliment from a member of our Customer Service Advisory Committee on Friday about the communications and today ,I have watched a number of trains depart . Some confusion but for the most part it is seamless. I passed a few comments on to Cathy who was out there front & centre. Great job...The extra staffing is working. I directed a few confused souls out of the VIA Great Hall , we have to find a way to get GO signs up there , I'm sure it is a heritage issue .. But overall looks great!! Thank You!!
